GNOMES GARDENING DAYS
Preston
There are 3 Gnomes sites in Preston (Gower St, Spring St, and Spencer St), and we move between them depending on need and capacity. In Preston we usually garden together on Mondays and Saturdays. We also occasionally 'gnome' at other flexible times.
Westgarth
Our growing verge site in Westgarth does regular working bees on Tuesday mornings, depending on when people are available, and occasionally on weekends.

Stalls and Gnomes about town...
Gnomes Farming Co-operative have been holding stalls and workshops around Melbourne, and even interstate. We've been at the Sustainable Living Festival, Environment Week at Melbourne University, Friends of the Earth Perry St Festival, the Students of Sustainability conference in Brisbane, the Darebin Sustainable Living Expo, the Celebration of Melbourne Co-operatives, East Reservoir Food Security Festival, and Reviving the Co-op Movement, to name a few. We've had an amazing time sharing knowledge and meeting likeminded people who are passionate about co-creating a better world. These various conferences and events allow us to connect with lots of community members from all walks of life who resonate with the intentions and actions of Livelyhood. We've even sold some goodies too: seeds, succulents and zines of great ideas. We're looking forward to doing more stalls, talks and workshops in the future and connecting with our local communities. And we'll let you know on our Facebook page when we do!
